6. Why night brushing?

Ans. As you know no bacteria can enter during the day time because of the constant movement of tongue & saliva. During night time these movement are stopped so bacteria enter your mouth to eat those leftover food particles left in between your teeth. In lieu of eating these food particles there create a hole in your teeth which creates a cavity. Instead of this if you brush in the night even if the bacteria enters in your mouth they will not find any food particle to eat so the move out & you are protected against cavity.

7. Bad breath / foul smelling mouth.

Ans. Bad taste in the mouth may be due to a cavity in the tooth or accumulation of calculus (tartar) on the teeth or inside the gums. Bad breath may also be due to cavity, tartar, throat infection or stomach problems. It can be treated by getting your teeth cleaned by a dentist once in 6 months / yearly and by getting the cavity filled (if required), and using mouth washes and medicines. After this you can confidenly open your fresh mouth and speak to friends or in public places without facing any embarrassment. Instead of this if you brush in the night even if the bacteria enters in your mouth they will not find any food particle to eat so the move out & you are protected against cavity.

8. Pain & sensitivity with cold & hot water, sweat & sour food.

Ans. You can have this problem treated by getting it filled by a material and learning the right technique of brushing your teeth, (so as to have a longer life of healthy teeth and avoiding the same problem on other teeth and by using de-sensitising tooth paste and mouth washes).
